Getting Started
There are four basic steps to creating a meal plan, and printing a grocery list, a dinner menu, and the recipes:
Step 1 - Create a meal plan:
- Log In - find the link at the top of the Meal Planner page.
- Enter the number of meals you want.
- Press the "go" button.
- (Later, you may want to specify a Meal Collection to choose from. For starters, the default will select from All Meals)
- This will create a meal plan for you to review in Step 2.
Step 2 - Review, revise and approve the meal plan:
- On the Meal Approval page, look over the recipes and make changes to the selected meals, as you wish.
- To make changes, go to the choices located at the bottom of the page.
- Press the "approved" button at the bottom of the page when you are satisfied with your meal plan. This will remember your meals (to avoid repeats in the future) and automatically create a grocery list preview.
Step 3 - Review and print the grocery list:
- Check and uncheck ingredients as you need them.
- Press the "print grocery list" button at the bottom of the page to print your grocery list.
- Away from your printer? You can always print later from the Meal Selections page (see below).

Step 4 - This is your meal management headquarters!:
All of the details regarding your selected meals can be managed at anytime from the Meal Selection page (small plate on the Meal Planner page.) Here you can:
- see a list of all the meals you selected/approved,
- plan and print your dinner menu for the week,
- print your grocery list,
- view and print individual recipes:
- View details by clicking on the recipe.
- Press the "print this recipe" button to print.
